 The - and _ key is flipped on the Spanish keyboard and the yeh key (ي) is
 rendered as Alef Maksura (no dots).

 The gear needs to be moved (centered vertically on all keyboards to
 accommodate the beveling of the space bar.

 Also, Eben has some possible enhancements to the graphics for ESC, CTRL,
 and ALT.
