 Building xapian-bindings on a jhbuild environment with system Python 2.5
 attempts to install to the /usr/lib/python-2.5 directory instead of the
 jhbuild build directory.  Causes the build to fail due to permission
 failure.

 Not a critical problem, as the default jhbuild does not allow for system
 Python (builds its own).
