 In particular, vc_set_sched() uses the V4 VCMD_set_sched syscall, which
 doesn't exist in our VServer patch.

 Fortunately, we have a reasonable workaround. We simply encode the syscall
 we want directly in our low-level binding python binding (pylibvserver).
 However, in the long run, util-vserver-lib does need to be updated and
 made more complete.
