 This seems to be relatively consistent, though doesn't occur every time.

 When I press the rotate screen button, the XO sometimes doesn't rotate and
 instead goes into suspend mode. Since it is on the B3/B4, the display does
 not disappear. When I press the power button or a game key, the XO comes
 out of suspend mode and the screen rotates properly.

 Also, if I go into the console when the XO is in the rotate/suspend limbo,
 a white box appears in the middle of the display. It will disappear once I
 enter any text, though.
