 The bits that are not supported in IBSS mode are masked off by the driver
 in 'capinfo' field of the IEEEtypes_BssDesc_t. These bits are QoS (bit 9),
 APSD (bit 11), Reserved (bit 12), Delayed/Immediate Block ACK(bits 14,15).
