 I'll be adding some code to AbiCollab over the next few days to handle the
 case where we detect a "document out of sync" situation (as a fallback, we
 can simply re-request the whole document). It shouldn't happen in theory,
 but in practice there are always bugs.

 I'd always love to hear about reproducable cases where documents get out
 of sync (but as soon as a network is involved, reproducing things is
 always tricky).
