 This could be one of (at least) four things:

  * Xv bug in X; can test if that's the case by running "xvtest" across
 resume
  * v4l2 closes the device at suspend time, or something, and we need to
 reopen it?
  * kernel driver isn't doing resume reinitialization properly? (though it
 works if you close and restart camera-activity)
  * camera-activity does something wrong.
