Comment:

 Use OFW power-off command will trigger embedded controller EC_WP# pin to
 low,
 due to EC require RC delay time 37.4ms ~ 100ms,
 our 1U(C371)cap and 100K(R286) resister didn`t provide enough RC delay
 time to reset EC propriety,so EC will hang up.

 we will use 2.2U and 100K hold a 50ms RC delay to solve this issue.
