B1 with no mods. On the first reboot after reflash to Q2C18 / build515,
the kernel booted right up to the INIT: version 2.56 booting message, then
hung and nothing worked except powering off.

On the second boot, it made it slightly further: to "Remounting root
filesystem in read-write mode:" but no "[ OK ]".

On the third boot, I was getting typed characters echoing, and the remount
worked after about ten seconds and the system came all the way up.

While I was messing with the main Sugar screen, the cursor froze as I
pointed it to the "Network" circle in the upper left corner. Hmm...ctrl-
alt-F1 does NOT work to get out of Sugar to a console. Pressing the power
button does not suspend. I powered it off.

After the fourth boot, it came up to "Starting the hardware manager:" and
the blinking cursor disappeared, and typed characters do not echo.
