#2257: After turn off wireless AP, it still show the connection with AP on OLPC.

 Wireless AP: D-Link DI624s.          [[BR]]
 Click on the wireless AP icon in neighbor mode on OLPC.[[BR]]
 Check the connection with AP.--->OK    [[BR]]
 Unplug the adapter on wireless AP or turn off the wireless AP function via
 control web page. -> Turn off wireless AP.[[BR]]
 Check the wireless condition in neighbor and home mode on
 OLPC.[[BR]]
 It still show the connection with wireless AP essid.-->problem[[BR]]
 Using iwlist scanning in console mode, it will not found this wireless
 AP.[[BR]]
 Switch to sugar, the wireless AP icon still show in neighbor mode.
