 In our battery tests with 20+ units, the Ni batteries show the biggest
 inconsistencies in charging. It takes 2-3 deep discharges before you can
 get >3 hrs life... even so we have seen some Ni batteries that fail in <
 1hr, but the next charge it may last longer.

 These tests were done with build 502 and higher.
