Comment:

 I think it would be reasonable to extend the tab to the length necessary
 to fit the string and maintain 15px padding on each tab, assuming that the
 total number of tabs present allow for it.  Of course, doing so requires
 some additional sizing algorithms which we may not wish to waste time on.
 Still, it would be unfortunate if we crop strings off (especially since
 localized strings may be longer) when there are only 2 or 3 tabs in the
 activity.
