 Since activities are all inherently fullscreen, we want to encourage
 hiding of the mouse within photo/video/media activities to prevent the
 need to hide the mouse at the edge (and perhaps accidentally in the
 corners) all the time.  I'm told this is already relatively simple, but
 there's no reason not to make a basic API so that hiding/showing becomes a
 one-line function call.
