Comment:

 the incoming inspection standard for the screen is evolving.  We have a
 variety and bins for various quality of A-grade display and B-grade
 displays.  Because our pixels are smaller (at 200 dpi) we are accepting
 more bad pixels than usual - because we have more pixels and it keeps the
 yield up.  We are also accepting slight uniformity variance, and other
 things that will save on cost.

 I believe the stuck pixel issue is resolved and we can handle the incoming
 inspection criteria in a different forum (or just a different bug track?)
