 If I press the key labeled "2", I get "2" on screen. Fine. But when I
 press "A", I get "a" which looks totally different.

 Solution: Label keys with both upper and lowercase characters, just as we
 do for number and punctuation keys.

 I know how hard it was for my kids to learn the distinction between upper
 and lower case and that they actually are the "same" letter. For kids
 learning to write mainly on these machines, offering both upper and
 lowercase is essential IMHO.
