 Hmmm, that's a very interesting question.  It seems that bypassing the
 delay when entering the primary rollover would be useful, but it could
 also be frustrating, as in many cases the way back to the "work area" of
 any view or activity will be through the rollover itself.  If it's easy to
 test, I'd recommend trying both.  Otherwise, I guess we should respect the
 delay timing as it's defined.
