 Turns out the problem here is not with saving downloads to /tmp, but
 that's anyway wrong and we should move Browse to write temp files using
 the facilities explained in #1731.

 For trial2 we could just write somewhere in the gecko dir inside the
 profile and erase the contents on sugar startup.
