 Build 505, just link-local mesh (ie, no internet access, both machines
 using 169.254.x.x addresses).  They do both have a route 224.0.0.0/4 ->
 msh0.

 Two machines, a B4 and a B3.  The B4 was on during the entire test.  I
 shared "calc" on the B4.  There are two major issues here:

 1) I rebooted the B3, expecting to see the shared activity on the mesh
 view of the B3.  I did not, because the activity was not recognized by the
 PS as valid.

 2) When the B3 rebooted, the B3's XO icon did not show up on the mesh view
 of the B4.  Both icons do, however, show up on the mesh view of the B3
 (but no shared activity on the B3 of course).
