after reading Kim's
"my B4 (only a week old) had a mystery shut down that wouldn't allow me to
turn it back on without removing the battery, connecting the power
adapter, then I could turn it on and replace the battery. "
We have this all the time. We haven't find a pattern yet, though.
Sometimes it, suddenly shuts down, or doesn't want to turn on, or doesn't
want to turn off ...the only way around it is by removing the battery, to
shut it down,...and plug it in without battery to turn it on, after it
turns on we place the battery back and it keeps on working fine. It
usually doesn't happen again nor it becomes common on a single machine. It
happens sporadically. Children learn the trick and we are all set. But
that doesn't mean that it should happen.
Note: we are working with B2s in the the field,...we had similar cases in
Nigeria
