 When inserting a table, it's hard to read the size of the table being
 inserted because the position of the text indicating this moves around the
 screen - both horizontally and vertically - while defining the size.  By
 placing this text above the cell widget, and left aligning it, it will
 always remain in a fixed location for easy readability.

 As an added bonus, this will be slightly more consistent will the overall
 design for palettes, which calls for a 75px tall, black primary region
 which labels the function of the palette, such as "Insert Table."  Perhaps
 there's even a way to hack it up so that it reads "Insert m x n Table" or
 something...
