 Right now there is a several pixel gray border around the entire canvas in
 Write.  This border pushes the scrollbar several pixels from the edge of
 the screen, breaking Fitt's law and making it much too difficult to grab.
 (Grab scrolling will make this much less of an issue, but I'd still prefer
 to ensure the highest level of usability everywhere we can.)

 Ideally this border should be completely removed.
