 In Oficina, the selection tool is supposed to create a rectangular
 selection box around where the user drags. The selection box's border will
 appear while the user is drag-clicking, but if the user moves the
 selection and then lets go, the selection box disappears. Usually with
 selections you should be able to retain the selection after moving it.
