 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open Record and switch to the Capture & Record tab, then the Video
 option.
 2. Record a video, then start watching it.
 3. Click the eye icon to start recording a second video.
 4. When you click the eye icon again to stop recording, Record hangs.
