 Basically, we need to add the inputdevice sections from 406 back,
 with the following differences:

  - the Xkb* stuff changed for the new xkb maps
  - we now have a void input section to fool Xorg's autoconf

 The second one is really a kludge, but we'll eventually get rid of all
 this junk once we move to xorg 1.4.
