#2110: libertas can't associate with my network

I have two 'linksys' networks, both on channel 6. One's mac address ends
with 'c7', the other's ends with 'e2'. Signal from the 'c7' one is much
stronger; my x40 associates with it by default when I run 'iwconfig eth1
essid any'. However, on my b3, it associates with the 'e2' one by default
 . That's the first problem.

The second problem is that I can't force it to associate with the 'c7' AP,
even by running 'iwconfig eth0 ap ...:c7'. 'iwlist scan' shows the AP,
but it refuses to associate. Dmesg output is attached; for the first one,
I just attempting to manually iwconfig eth0 ap. For the second one, I
tried switching eth0 away from adhoc mode, and then tried to force the
proper AP (iwconfig eth0 mode managed; iwconfig eth0 ap
00:16:B6:D8:0F:C7). Both logs have libertas_debug set to 0x43f7.
