 SJ - we need to be able to publish a URL and add it to the default browser
 so that XOs can get to activities for installation.

 Once you come up with the url, please assign this bug to Marco so he can
 make it the default url for the browse activity.

 I'm making this a blocker because it has to be done today in order to get
 in the release candidate build before this weekend.
