 Build 499, B2 machine.

 My machine booted up and connected to a mesh; but no internet
 connectivity. After a little bit of debug with Dan Williams, we found that
 the mesh ip address was 169.x.x.x.

 This might mean there was an XO that had a good internet connection and is
 now advertising a Mesh portal, but it no longer has connectivity to the
 network.

 /var/log/messages is attached.
