Comment:

 I did a little more testing. Using a B3 machine with no battery, UR-1,
 UR-2, and UR-3 could not power up the laptop. UR-4 could be moved around
 and held into a position that would allow the laptop to power up.

 Perhaps UR-4 has an intermittent problem in this plug.
