Comment:

 OK, I've added Arnold and Matt to the cc list since this is smelling like
 it might be a subtle hardware design issue; if so, with memory or flash,
 since it crosses B2's and B4's.

 We've sequestered the two units for further investigation: we'll identify
 what parts are in the two units and see if the same RAM parts are in use,
 and get that data in here today.
