Comment:

 Needed, but not for this milestone.  Specific needs: a facility for "find
 and download a section" and one for adding/creating a new section (a
 'develop' for simple content: make your own microformats, fill them from a
 [journal?] query of existing resources elsewhere, to make a new view /
 section).
