 The current behavior for rollovers seem to work well as long as the mouse
 remains anywhere within the icon/button that the rollover is attached to.
 The secondary should also be revealed as long as the mouse cursor remains
 anywhere within the primary rollover itself, since this is just a logical
 extension of the button/icon that activated it.
