 The Journal should be the first place we make use of the relative date API
 discussed in ticket #2043.  As noted there, this closely ties into the
 idea of memory (and forgetting) and the passage of time that the Journal
 embodies.  There will, of course, be a way to see the actual date &
 timestamp for an entry within its detailed view.
