 When an option menu pops up, It should be centered upon the currently
 selected item.  This is working fine now, however when the list runs off
 the top of the screen, the popup list has a large gray rect of empty space
 below it, which is both unattractive and confusing.  The menu should feel
 like a panel which simply moves up and down the screen as necessary.
