 B2 Laptop from Uruguay. It doesn't boot all the way into sugar. You get
 the small 'x', then the large arrow, then it goes back to the small 'x'.
 It gets stuck in this cycle. It was reflashed in the field.

 The next step may be to upgrade; but it would be good to get root cause
 first.
