 We're abolishing "Save" visually, metaphorically, and in many ways
 functionally.  We shouldn't dare let our trial release slip out with a
 "Save" button - even one that does successfully rid the world of the
 archaic floppy disk icon.

 Let's label the "Keep" (or, perhaps Keep in Journal") button in the
 activity toolbar appropriately.
