 The tabs in the Journal steal the focus when clicked, gaining a rounded
 white outline.  The toolbox tabs should never steal the focus from the
 selected widget.  Instead, they should simply be accessible by cycling
 widgets with the tab key.

 Of the several activities I tried, Journal seems to be the only one with
 this issue.
