 Because it is a Bad Idea to downgrade from c-level firmware to b-level
 firmware, all references to b-level firmware should be purged from the
 user interfaces.

 The help screen in the firmware currently lists a b-level rom filename in
 the "flash" command example.  This should be changed to a c-level
 filename.
