 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Open Paint and draw something. Close out.

 2. Find the entry for your Paint session in Journal. Click Copy to
 Clipboard.

 3. A clipboard selection should be added to the clipboard, but it will
 have no icon.

 4. Open a new instance of Paint and press paste. Nothing will happen.
