 The /topic of irc channel #olpc should include "#sugar #olpc-content".

 For many visitors, this will be their one and only chance to learn that
 these exist.  Not mentioning them is a needless obstacle to community
 growth.

 The topic is currently locked down to channel operators (neuralis?), or I
 would have done it.  Months ago.  It has been mentioned on #olpc serveral
 times, but been lost in the noise.

 Just run /topic to get the current topic, and append "| #sugar #olpc-
 content".
