 A B3 with a NiMH? battery running Build 406.14, firmware Q2C17 doesn't
 seem to be managing its battery properly. After being powered off and
 plugged in all night, when powered on under battery only, it reported a
 90% charge (from the developer's console), but then shutdown within five
 minutes. It would not reboot except plugged in to the AC adapter and when
 rebooted, it reported a 7% charge (again from the developer's console).
 Rebooting to run watch-battery from OFW reports:

 Battery: 91 %  6.76 V  0.00 A  22 C    charging-full            (PCB 50 C)
