Comment:

 We need to retest this after the next release. The next release (>478)
 will have updated Marvell firmware including new frame, anycast, and other
 fixes that will affect this. Once this is in, then the network management
 support can be added, and we should be able to see other XOs in the
 neighborhood mesh.
