 478 runs a lot slower than other builds. On B3s, it is most noticeable
 when switching between activities (the screen will be completly grey for
 quite a while), as well as the cursor frequently stalling and then
 "catching up."  But on B2s it is practically unusable. An activity like
 Browse will take ~30-45 seconds to start up immediately after booting, and
 things only get worse from there.

 The huge dropoff in performance in comparison to other builds is making me
 think something's gone wrong.
