 When you switch views while highlighting an info tooltip in the mesh view,
 and then switch to a different view, the tooltip stays on the screen even
 though the icon that it is highlighting is gone. Clicking the tooltip will
 cause it to disappear. Steps to reproduce.

 1. Boot the XO.
 2. Switch to the Neighborhood view.
 3. Mouse over the Mesh Network, triggering its tooltip, then press the
 Home button to switch to home.
 4. Move your cursor away from the tooltip. It should stay there.
 5. Click the tooltip. It should disappear.
