 The new timer (1.5 secs) seems too long. I'm still a strong proponent of
 keeping the edges active. But: (1) It needs to be fine-tuned to a point
 where it doesn't get in the way, but remains responsive enough, and (2)
 there could be a preference to turn this feature off for some users who
 prefer only the hot corners.
