Comment:

 Not possible until Gen1.5

 All of this was discussed during the design stage.  The camera was an
 afterthought in the ID enabled because of the bug in the Geode, and the
 need for a chip to correct it.  As a result we were able to add a camera
 and an SD card as well.  However, the ID had already been somewhat frozen
 - there isn't room to put the camera in the hinge or centered in the
 bottom or top of the brick.  All of the was explored already -> in the
 Gen1 build we needed to put it on the side where it is now.
