 Root cause:[[BR]]


 The Craze program sends command (0xff) to port 0x6C frequently and power
 off by 4 sec.

 The flag IBF is still set (since LPC stop) till next power up to cause the
 system software stop at waiting IBF clear.

 If the system power off by normal command, the IBF will be clear by
 command handling routine.[[BR]]



 Solution:[[BR]]


  The EC firmware clears the IBF during power up sequence.[[BR]]


 on EC BIOS (PQ2B43) fixed the ticket #736.
