 When the machine gets warm, DCON mode starts to fail due to SDRAM
 signalling problems. This is more obvious with ESMT and ISSI SDRAM parts
 but can also be triggered on EtronTech parts if you make them warm enough.

 Increasing the drive strength for the SDRAM signal (DCON register 0x4c)
 works around this but isn't acceptable for EMI reasons.
