Comment:

 This is fixed.  preB2 and B2 boards have 3 ID straps that can be used to
 indicate the rev of board.  The straps are GNT0-2 (bits 6:4 of the RSTPLL)
 B2 and preB2s will read 0x00.  Experimental results show that BTest1,and
 preB1, boards will read a value >= 5.
