Comment:

 I'm reassigning to Walter.  There is a policy issue here about where any
 such child restrictions should be implemented by us.  It isn't clear that
 the browser is the right place to implement it, nor whether OLPC should be
 involved at all: cultural norms and sensitivities vary greatly, and I
 doubt if OLPC can/should itself tackle this problem. To the extent OLPC
 provides technological measures, if at all, it is likely that proxy server
 based solutions are a better place to do such filtration, and there are
 many commercial (and non commercial) solutions.
