I'm concerned about a power measurement Lilian made (something like 90mw
for the power light). Mark says the expected value for an LED is like 40
or 45mw, and given there are two LED's, this seems borne out (since there
 are ones on each side.

 Either:
   1) we decide to make the power and wireless lights smaller and/or less
bright, or not display during ebook mode.

 or:

   2) we accept a big hit in lifetime in ebook mode when these lights are
 on (e.g. battery, wireless lights).

Remember, if wireless is 300mw, and the display 100, losing another 90 or
180mW to lights that aren't adding all that much value isn't wonderful,
but indicating battery and wireless is in fact very useful.

Having them flash is visually distracting.
